The Challenge
Political actions under the new administration were happening daily, faster than any one person could track, verify against real sourcing standards, and turn into publishable content, let alone keep doing every single day without a newsroom or production team behind it.
The Insight
An AI agent could do the repetitive editorial and production work itself, discovery, verification, design, video, publishing, if it was given the same sourcing discipline and guardrails a real editor would enforce. That meant one person could direct the system rather than staff a team.
My Role
Built and run the entire pipeline, end to end: the story discovery and drafting layer, the fact-checking layer, the site itself, the video templates, and the publishing logic across platforms.
